Are your outfits stitched or unstitched?
We offer both stitched (ready-to-wear) and unstitched suits. Please check the product description carefully, as each listing clearly states what is included.

A typical 3-piece suit includes a shirt or kameez, a trouser or shalwar, and a dupatta. Please always check the product description for exact details.
Do all products follow the same size chart?
Not always. While most items follow our standard size chart, some designers use their own sizing. Any differences will be mentioned on the product page.
What is your standard women’s size chart?

Do measurements vary?
Yes. For casual clothing, please allow a margin of 1–2 inches.
Do XL and XXL outfits come with trousers?
Most XL and XXL outfits come with shalwar instead of trousers, but it's always best to check the product description.

Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £70.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 11am are usually dispatched the same day. After this cut off point, orders will be dispatched the following business day.
Next day delivery orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.
Do you dispatch on weekends?
No. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
Can bank holidays affect delivery?
Yes. Bank holidays may delay dispatch and delivery times.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. All orders are tracked and tracking details are sent via email.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. We ship to Europe, USA, Canada, and other international locations.
How long does international delivery take?
Typically 5–10 working days, depending on location.
Will I need to pay customs or import charges?

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Please review our full Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?

What is the MOMINA ribbon?
All designer outfits include a purple MOMINA ribbon. If this ribbon is cut, removed or tampered with, the item cannot be returned.
Can I try the outfit on?
Yes. The ribbon is placed so you can try the outfit without removing it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different size or item, contact us during the return process and we will assist you. You can mention which item you want to exchange the suit with in the returns form. Exchange item is subject to availability.
Are delivery charges refunded?
No. Delivery charges are not usually refunded. Delivery charges go straight to the courier services, so we can only offer refunds on the actual items returned.
Can there be deductions from refunds?
Yes. If your order qualified for free delivery or a reduced rate, a deduction may be applied. If returning part of an order reduces it below the free delivery threshold, delivery costs may be deducted.
How quickly do I need to return my item?
Once approved, returns should be sent within 5 working days.
Do I need tracking for returns?
Yes. Always use tracked delivery and keep proof of postage. This is for your own safety, just in case the parcel is lost in transit.
Are there special rules during Eid?
Yes. Returns are not accepted after Eid for items purchased before Eid. Normal returns resume for items purchased after Eid.
