- All orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the following business day. This includes Express Deliveries.
- Next Day Deliveries are dispathed the same day, as long as you place the order before 12pm. Any orders after this time will be dispathed the following day.
- Orders placed after Friday 11am will be dispatched on Monday morning.
- No orders are dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. Not even Next Day delivery orders.
- Bank Holidays can delay and void the above guarantees, as couriers do not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays.

Orders will be dispatched the following business days after placing your order. This does not include the day you placed the order, since it requires time for us to collect, check and pack the order. These orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24hr service.
UK NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - £7.99
Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. This order will be scheduled for delivery at any time till the end of the next day. This service is only guaranteed for business days.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY 1PM - £11.50+
Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. This guarantees your order will arrive the following day before 1pm. This guarantee does not include Sundays.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (Zone B & C) - £10.00
Deliveries will be made within 5 – 7 working days after placing your order. Your order can be delivered any time between 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
PARCEL LOST OR DELAYED
All parcels that we dispatch have a tracking number. If for any reason the parcel is lost or delayed, we will do our best to track it down. If an enquiry is started by the courier service to find the parcel, the customer must wait until a verdict is given by the courier service. Until that point, we are unable to give a refund to the customer.
Europe, USA/Canada, Rest of the World
All of our shipping services to countries outside of the UK are standard tracked delivery services. We aim to get all items delivered to these countries within 5 to 10 working days.
If a faster express delivery is required, this can be made available on request. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for further details.
CUSTOMS DUTY / IMPORT TAX
All import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. MOMINA are only liable to pay towards the shipping/delivery charges of the parcel, and not responsible for any additional taxes applied on import to countries outside of the United Kingdom.
